I keep hearing about all these neat studies/trend/articles on staying healthy. Apparently certain activities and measures add a few years to your life.
Things like flossing your teeth once a day will add 2 years to you life. The right shoes adds 3 years. Stuff like that.

Meshuggah was AWESOME!
Ministry was a good show.. but lacking in the older stuff. Quite lacking any pre-Filth Pig material indeed.
To give you an idea, heres some pics and setlists from Seattles’ show last month. (Our show didn’t have “Roadhouse Blues”)
Oh.. Hemlock was.. yeah. Did I mention Meshuggah was AWESOME??!?!

M and I are off to Baltimore for Ministry/Meshuggah tomorrow.
Rumor is that this is the last Ministry tour. Al has reported he’s going to focus on producing and growing his record label. Maybe we’ll see him do some RevCo. I’ve learned never say never with comics and music.
