Has anyone noticed the latest green explosion?

Bags, clothes, gizmos, gadgets, water filters and the latest catchphrase “Please consider our environment before printing this e-mail”.

More Eco-friendly crap. Its Earth Day thats lasting a bit longer. I think its been pretty apparent that humans are just clever enough to avoid major self-imposed disasters. Provided they are educated enough to avoid hype and/or hysteria…

.. ok.. we’re screwed.

Not too many moons ago.. George Carlin did this bit. I think it still holds true today.

It’s not so much the Earth Day thing that bugs me, it’s the assholes (almost everyone) who doesn’t change anything at all but justifies it as being “eco-friendly.”

Giant SUV? 25MPG is eco-friendly!!
Concentrated bleach? Eco-friendly too!
